Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge to evening clientele
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards during evening inventory restocking
- Assist with boutique operations including stockroom organization and shipment processing
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and brand enthusiasm
- Contribute to a positive team environment during evening shift transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability for 3-5 evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- Strong communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during evening shifts
