- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock and organize merchandise with attention to visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management and store closing procedures
- Collaborate with team to maintain a clean, safe shopping environment
- Support promotional campaigns and special evening events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Reliable transportation to downtown Austin location
