Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product assistance during evening shifts
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and manage daily reconciliation
- Merchandise displays, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure visual standards
- Process stock deliveries, organize inventory, and conduct stock checks
- Assist with security procedures during closing operations
- Collaborate with day team for seamless handovers and inventory updates
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic numeracy and cash handling abilities
- Reliable transportation to evening shifts (3pm-10pm)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Availability for at least 3 evenings per week
