Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening shifts (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage stock replenishment and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with store closing procedures including cash handling and security
- Support inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic numeracy and cash handling confidence
- Reliable transport or accessible to Central London
