Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage POS transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Process stock deliveries and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Operate security systems and ensure store safety protocols
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve sales targets
- Assist with end-of-day reconciliation and store closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic numeracy and cash handling competence
- Flexibility to cover evening shifts including weekends
