Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for enterprise clients.
- Manage and document all support tickets in our CRM system with high accuracy.
- Perform system maintenance and patch management during off-peak hours.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while keeping users updated.
- Conduct remote security audits and virus removal procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and macOS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
