Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk service with warm greetings and efficient check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct guest inquiries to appropriate departments
- Process reservations using PMS software while maintaining accurate guest records
- Handle guest billing inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services during evening hours
- Prepare daily reports and manage key inventory systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet duties)
