Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services during evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warm hospitality
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings using Opera PMS
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and solution-oriented mindset
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment with organized materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel reception or customer service role
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays reliably
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
- Valid Hawaii driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
