Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and professionalism
- Answer multi-line phone system and route inquiries appropriately
- Process reservations and manage booking systems accurately
- Handle guest concerns and escalate issues to management as needed
- Maintain clean, organized reception area and lobby spaces
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, ResMagic)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Honolulu attractions and local area
- Valid Hawaii driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
