Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients/visitors with warm professionalism
- Managing appointment scheduling and registration systems
- Answering multi-line phones and directing inquiries
- Processing insurance verification and documentation
- Maintaining clean, organized reception area
- Coordinating with medical staff for patient flow
- Handling basic clerical tasks (filing, copying, data entry)
- Upholding strict patient confidentiality standards
Qualifications
