- Generate daily productivity reports and quality metrics for team leads
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure data continuity and system integrity
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols when handling sensitive information
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data reconciliation and analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven ability to type 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy rate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic database experience (SQL or similar) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality mandatory
