Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Previous healthcare or patient care experience strongly preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation for evening shifts
- Availability to work 2-3 evenings per week (minimum 16 hours)
