Responsibilities
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and clinical observations
- Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Perform ECGs, phlebotomy, and basic diagnostic procedures
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Respond to patient calls and emergency situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ohio Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Tech certification
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible evening/weekend shifts
- Basic computer proficiency
