Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily care routines and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Administer medications under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
- Collaborate with nursing staff for seamless patient transitions
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and requests
- Support admission/discharge procedures during evening hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR certification (provided if not current)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Flexibility to work 4-6 hour evening shifts (3PM-11PM)
- Background check and drug screen required
- Must be available to start immediately
