- Assist patients with registration processes and insurance verification
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Handle patient inquiries and triage urgent matters
- Support administrative operations including inventory management
- Participate in evening team briefings and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- 1+ years of patient care or administrative healthcare experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
