Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend peak hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards across service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and inventory management procedures
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited educational institution (students strongly encouraged)
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to Portland locations
