Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with professionalism and attention to detail
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Prepare and serve drinks while maintaining bar cleanliness
- Process payments and manage cash transactions securely
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue
Qualifications
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred
- Availability for Friday-Sunday evenings (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and payments
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service positions
- Valid Florida Alcohol Server Permit (or willingness to obtain)
