Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and ship products to meet daily shipping targets.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment on the warehouse floor.
- Provide exceptional customer support for incoming inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate standard office equipment and computer software as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago, IL facility.
