Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards before shipment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with day-shift teams to ensure a seamless handover of operations and resolve any workflow issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Basic English language skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
