Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and packages.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and coordinate shipments with precision.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends.
