Responsibilities
- Load & Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers in accordance with safety protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stockrooms.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections to ensure product quality and packaging integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety guidelines and report any hazards immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliability: Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
