Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and sort inventory
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain organized work areas and safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Document workflow activities in inventory management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to North Minneapolis facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
- Availability for 20-25 hours/week (evening shifts)
