Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for internal software systems.
- Assist in data entry, analysis, and the preparation of weekly performance reports.
- Maintain and update digital databases to ensure accuracy and security.
- Collaborate with the full-time development team to identify process improvement areas.
- Conduct software testing and quality assurance checks to ensure product stability.
- Respond to incoming inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in a degree program (High School Diploma/GED required for non-students).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, Monday through Friday.
