Responsibilities

- Resolve incoming client inquiries and service requests via phone and email efficiently.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base for future reference.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, technical help desk, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic networking concepts.
