Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical assistance and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat for end-users.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and system configurations in our ticketing system accurately.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to escalate complex issues and ensure continuity of support.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify recurring technical issues and suggest process improvements to the team lead.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while managing high volumes of inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proficient in using Windows, macOS, and common business software applications.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the schedule.
- Basic understanding of network connectivity, hardware peripherals, and operating systems.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
