Responsibilities
- Monitor Tickets: Receive and triage incoming technical support tickets via phone and email during evening hours.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, empathetic, and professional support to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Liaise with day-shift engineering teams to escalate complex issues and share feedback for process improvement.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine checks on support systems to ensure optimal performance during your shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency with Windows, Mac, and mobile operating systems; basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
