Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Issues: Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Ticket Management: Log and track all support tickets accurately in the CRM system.
- Remote Assistance: Utilize remote desktop tools to troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
- Customer Communication: Communicate complex technical solutions in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system health and alert the senior team to potential outages.
- Documentation: Update knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends as needed.
- Skills: Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
