Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone and email during evening shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless workflow handovers.
- Assist in the implementation of new software updates and training sessions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (or recent graduate).
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows/Mac) and internet connectivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and patience.
