Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support via chat and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for remote clients.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during high-volume shifts.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST.
