Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal staff and external clients.
- Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets within the CRM system efficiently.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and troubleshoot complex technical bugs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when handling difficult inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and common office software suites.
- Availability to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems independently.
