- Deliver exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues with patience and precision.
- Document all customer interactions, solutions, and technical findings in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians while keeping customers informed.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of critical cases.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; current college students are encouraged to apply.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Availability to work 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (rotating shifts available).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
