Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person and digital interactions
- Support daily operations including inventory management and facility maintenance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and digital tools

- Assist with client onboarding and orientation processes

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited academic program (students strongly encouraged)
- Availability for evening shifts (5:00 PM - 11:00 PM) weekends as needed
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and POS systems
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- No prior experience required - full training provided
