Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Assist with guest check-ins, inquiries, and special requests
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of common areas
- Support event setup and breakdown for evening functions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Handle basic administrative tasks like reservations and billing
- Adhere to all safety and health protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
