Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in a high-energy evening environment
- Prepare and serve food/beverages with attention to presentation and quality
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun evenings)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, standing-intensive environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Food Handler certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to Galleria area
