Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email during evening shifts.
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot common issues for clients.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Process customer requests and ensure timely resolution of tickets.
- Assist in the training of new part-time staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome).
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely (Hybrid option available).
