Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain the sales floor organization, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing returns and exchanges.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down promotional displays and weekend events.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
