Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts, ensuring product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Efficiently process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Safeguard store assets through proper cash handling and security protocols
- Support store opening/closing procedures and maintain compliance with company policies

Qualifications
- Availability for consistent evening (4 PM - close) and weekend shifts is mandatory
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
