Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with periodic stock counts.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile drawers at the end of the shift.
- Assist with store security procedures and opening/closing duties.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with technology and cash registers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
