Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Prepare and serve food/beverages following quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and guest areas
- Handle cash and daily reconciliation procedures
- Uphold health and safety protocols consistently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid work authorization
- Evening availability (minimum 4 shifts/week)
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to/from workplace
