Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient table service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 3-4 tables while maintaining order accuracy and timing
- Process payments and reconcile cash/credit transactions nightly
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak dinner rushes
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Upsell signature dishes and seasonal promotions
- Contribute to daily closing duties including restocking stations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Washington State Food Handler Permit required
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
