Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our digital POS system
- Process payments efficiently and manage daily cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup throughout shifts
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Participate in end-of-shift cleanup and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in fast-paced restaurant environments preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Food Handler certification a plus (training provided if needed)
