Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service to guests with warm hospitality
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through our POS system
- Prepare dining areas with attention to cleanliness and presentation
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
