Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using our POS system
- Present menu knowledge and make recommendations to enhance guest experience
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas and service stations
- Process payments and reconcile cash/credit transactions
- Collaborate with servers and support staff during peak rushes
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (minimum 3 shifts/week, 4 PM-11 PM)
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and orders
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including weekends
