Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm hospitality
- Accurately take food/beverage orders using POS system
- Deliver orders to tables in timely manner
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain clean dining stations and restock supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible evening availability (3-6pm shifts)
- Must be 18+ with valid work authorization
