Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service to guests during evening hours
- Master menu knowledge and recommend seasonal specials
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Ensure dining areas meet cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Contribute to a positive team culture during peak evening rushes
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) weekends required
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for order processing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Melrose Avenue location
