Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening and weekend peak hours
- Prepare and present food/beverage orders with precision and artistry
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining stations
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless operations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Must be available for evenings (4pm-12am) and weekends
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Outstanding customer service communication skills
