Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service for 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Upsell premium cocktails, appetizers, and desserts
- Process payments accurately via POS system
- Maintain immaculate table settings and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience required
- Must be 21+ (alcohol service)
- Flexible availability for weekends and holidays
- Basic POS system knowledge (Toast, Square, etc.)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
