- Accurately process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Deliver exceptional service while maintaining cleanliness standards
- Handle cash/credit transactions and reconcile daily sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Must be 18+ and able to stand for extended periods
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
