Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining high service standards
- Process payments accurately and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless order execution
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation protocols in dining areas
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere during high-volume service
- Learn and memorize seasonal menu offerings and beverage selections
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to downtown Denver location
