Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Prepare and present food/beverage orders accurately and efficiently during peak evening hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process payments and manage POS systems with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a positive attitude
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards consistently
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible evening/weekend shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and payment processing
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
